What Is Cap & Trade And Why Is It Bad For America?
The Cap and Trade Bill (HR 2454) was passed by the Senate. The bill is designed to tax companies that introduce carbon dioxide into the atmosphere that some believe polutes that atmosphere even though it is the most commonly occuring gas in our atmosphere.
The tax will be passed on to consumers resulting in higher energy prices for every American household.
